Our goal is to provide quality produce and livestock to local individuals and non-franchised local restaurants
Our methods are stricter than USDA Organic Standards.
- We use regenerative and sustainable practices such as alley-cropping, inter-cropping, companion planting, crop rotation, and we use trap and cover crops to build the soil, not strip it.
- The only herbicide we use is vinegar with a touch of dish soap.
- We remove pests through manual, natural, and nonviolent methods.
